About the Role

KPMG is seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Manager to join our team in Düsseldorf. As a key member of our Accounting & Process Advisory team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative organizational models for financial processes
  • Analyze and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial process optimization and digital transformation
  • Proven track record of leading teams and projects to deliver results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
