Your RoleAs a Sponsorship & Project Management Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver exceptional sponsorship solutions. You will gain hands-on experience across various aspects of the sponsorship lifecycle, from ideation and development to implementation and evaluation.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the creative development of innovative sponsorship initiatives for diverse online and offline platforms, including event concept creation.
- Provide research and analytical support for strategic conceptualizations and market analyses.
- Prepare compelling presentations for client meetings, internal reports, and other communication materials.
- Assist in cost estimation and proposal development for sponsorship opportunities.
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Develop project plans and workflows, incorporating quality management principles.
- Manage the financial pre- and post-activities associated with sponsorship and event initiatives.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the sports and events industry.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a structured, meticulous, and service-oriented approach to work.
- Possess excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong written and verbal English language skills.
