A highly motivated and talented individual is sought after to join the team as a Supply Chain Innovator Associate. As a dynamic and adaptable team player, you will contribute to the company's mission to unlock the vast potential of cross-border supply for the Western Market.
About the Role- You will be responsible for business development, identifying potential partnerships, collaborations, and growth opportunities for the company.
- Your tasks will include go-to-market strategy, conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the industry.
- You will assist in day-to-day operational tasks, including project management, team coordination, and resource allocation.
- You will participate in building and nurturing a high-performing team by participating in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- You will act as a liaison between different teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
- You possess a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- You bring first experience in a highly competitive environment such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or a high-growth startup.
- You are interested in and passionate about growth startups and changing traditional industries with an international team.
- You have strong analytical and communication skills.
- You possess a hands-on mentality and are driven by implementation.
- You demonstrate the ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers, partners, and investors, and take the initiative to get involved.
- You are fluent in German and English.
