Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Bosch Gruppe. As a Test Project Lead for SAP implementations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in test management and automated testing, preferably with SAP projects. A university degree in (Business) Informatics is also required. The salary range for this position is approximately 85,000 - 110,000 EUR per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of test phases;
  • Collaborating with internal customers to define test plans and ensure business requirements are met;
  • Developing and implementing automated testing solutions;
  • Maintaining high-quality test reports and tracking defects;
  • Providing training and consulting services to testers.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
