**Our Mission**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Community Outreach Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote the growth and development of young people in our community.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement programs that promote the growth and development of young people in our community

• Collaborate with our team to design and deliver programs that meet the needs of our community

• Build relationships with local organizations and stakeholders to promote our mission and values

• Develop and maintain a network of community contacts to support our outreach efforts

• Provide coaching and support to our team members to help them achieve their goals

**Requirements**

• A degree in a relevant field, such as community development, youth work, or a related field

• Experience in community outreach and program development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Passion for working with young people and promoting their growth and development
