Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our Business Development team with a focus on Sales, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth and success. You will work on interdisciplinary projects, diving into various aspects of Business Development, and contributing to our sales initiatives. We are looking for a team member who is motivated to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue and market share, build and maintain relationships with key customers and business partners, set the direction for new product development and improvements in collaboration with the product team, lead and motivate the sales team, providing coaching and development opportunities, and manage budget planning and control within the sales department.

Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Food Technology/Biotechnology and ideally an MBA or experience in Business Administration.
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally in the food industry or a related field.
  • Have a proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Possess leadership experience with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset and excellent analytical skills.
  • Are fluent in English; German skills are an advantage.
