Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Xomox International GmbH & Co. is a global operating Crane Company with production facilities worldwide. We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to support our ERP system QAD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of customization in the ERP system
  • Manage help desk requests regarding individual processes, major maintenance, system changes and mass data updates
  • Participate at Kaizen workshops to identify areas for improvement in the ERP system and initiate adjustments
Requirements:
  • Degree in computer science or comparable qualification in the support of ERP systems
  • Professional experience in software development, support of ERP systems and in the life cycle of software development
  • Knowledge of (Progress) SQL or a comparable database language
  • Very good communication skills in both German and English
