Job Summary

Connecting Experts is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager - EPC Onshore Wind to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the construction and commissioning of onshore wind turbines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of construction and commissioning processes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including contractors and vendors, to achieve project objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is completed in compliance with contractual requirements, laws, and internal standards.
  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate records, schedules, risk matrices, and budgets, and facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to project development teams, ensuring smooth project progression.
  • Commissioning and Construction: Oversee and manage the commissioning and construction work, ensuring it is completed to the highest standards.
  • Contract Management: Identify and engage suitable contractors or service providers, negotiate contracts, and manage modifications or violations.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the VP Development and expert departments to assess and improve current structures, techniques, and processes.
  • Onboarding and Training: Participate in the onboarding and training of new hires, as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, or related engineering fields.
  • Experience: Proven expertise in managing technical projects in the construction or energy generating industries.
  • Skills: Well-organized, autonomous work style, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in groups and teams.
