About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at PTC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our customers' technical requirements and our solution offerings.

Your Impact

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers and partners to design and implement innovative solutions that drive business value and accelerate time to market. You will leverage your expertise in cloud-based infrastructure and technologies to guide our customers through the implementation and deployment of our Windchill+ solutions.

Your Day-to-Day

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical direction and guidance to our customers and partners, ensuring that our solutions meet their business requirements and technical needs. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that are tailored to our customers' specific needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to customers and partners on the implementation and deployment of our Windchill+ solutions.
  • Work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet our customers' business requirements and technical needs.
  • Leverage your expertise in cloud-based infrastructure and technologies to guide our customers through the implementation and deployment of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with our customers and partners to identify and prioritize business requirements and technical needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our customers and partners to ensure that our solutions meet their needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, implementing, deploying, and supporting PLM systems or other enterprise applications.
  • Availability for overnight travel (15%).
  • Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Experience in software development, build, and deployment (JAVA, JSP, XML, Ant).
  • Windchill PLM experience.
