Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Class Teacher to join our team at Attenborough School in Germany. As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to primary school children, promoting their academic and personal growth, and contributing to the school's mission to provide exceptional education to the children of UK MOD personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to meet the needs of all students
• Assess, monitor, and record student progress, making accurate and productive use of assessment data
• Set high expectations and promote good progress and outcomes for all students
• Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic needs of students
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans, assessments, and teaching strategies
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and activities that promote student well-being, safety, and academic success

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and successful completion of induction
• Evidence of qualification will be required at interview
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities
