Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Senior UX Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our product development process, you will be responsible for systematically uncovering customer needs and integrating insights into our development process.
You will work closely with our business units to identify complex UX issues, steer research activities, and enable data-driven strategic decisions and forecasts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Enabling product teams to make informed decisions through valid customer research
- Advocating for UX within the organization and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Bolstering UX Research capabilities through process establishment and participant management
- Democratizing UX Research through training and resource development
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, User Experience, or a related field
- Several years of experience in qualitative and quantitative UX Research methods
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with agile development processes
