At PHOENIX Pharma SE, we're shaping the future of healthcare and we need your expertise to help us achieve our goals. As a Digital Learning Experience Architect, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing our learning management system, ensuring seamless integration across our 29 countries.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with PHOENIX countries to support data migration and rollout of our new Learning Management System
  • Collaborate with our Senior Architect on backend business support and stakeholder management
  • Manage mandatory training rollouts for key stakeholders with high organization and independence
  • Support the creation of various e-learning modules
  • Participate in the development, implementation, deployment, and anchoring of our upcoming Leadership and Lean Academies
  • Take on project management responsibility alongside collaboration and enablement of local HR and internal stakeholder teams on projects and desired improvements to co-create solutions
  • Develop your own individual area of expertise and specialist competencies to bring diverse perspectives to find the best solutions

What We're Looking For:

  • Studies in human resource management, psychology, development-related fields, learning or instructional design, business/economics, or social sciences
  • Relevant experience in a fast-paced environment in people development and/or talent management
  • Excellent customer service-oriented mindset with curiosity and openness to learning and new approaches
  • Desire to drive efficiency and process optimization within the team in both new and current projects with an eye on quality
  • Can-do attitude and pragmatic problem solver who gets things done and asks for help when needed
  • Excellent organizational skills and agility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full proficiency in both German and English languages
  • Interest in developing practical skills in relation to learning design
