The Digital Transformation Challenge:

  • You will be fully responsible for managing, optimizing, and digitalizing Kelvion's entire lead-to-order process, including overseeing, improving, and integrating tools for sales configuration, proposal, and quotation management, as well as order configuration.
  • Your target is to develop and implement a seamless and efficient flow from initial customer contact to order placement, ensuring high data quality from beginning to end.
  • The role also includes responsibility for the development and implementation of eCommerce solutions that continuously improve our customers' online sales experience.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for someone with an outstanding innovative drive, coupled with a strong interest and skillset in digital technologies and data analytics.
  • You should bring experience and competencies in digitalizing business processes, ideally in the lead-to-order domain, as well as an in-depth understanding of digital sales tools and eCommerce platforms.
  • A strong understanding of project management and UX design methods is a plus.
