Senior Credit Risk Analyst

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Kreditrisikomanager, der unsere Wachstumsambitionen aus einer Kreditrisikoperspektive unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Kreditanalysen und Überprüfung von Verträgen
  • Verhandlung von Bedingungen und Kommunikation mit internen und externen Interessengruppen
  • Beratung des Senior Managements bei wichtigen Investitionsentscheidungen
  • Strukturierung von Kreditlösungen und Verhandlung internationaler Transaktionsstrukturen
  • Durchführung von Kreditrisikobewertungen und Management bestehender und potenzieller Gegenparteien
  • Überwachung und Berichterstattung über das Kreditrisikoengagement
  • Identifizierung und Eskalation von Kreditrisikoproblemen und -bedenken
  • Aufbau und Pflege enger Arbeitsbeziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Überwachung und Pflege von Kreditlimits, Sicherheitendokumenten und damit verbundenen Daten
  • Coaching und Mentoring für jüngere Kreditrisikoanalysten
  • Verfolgung von Marktentwicklungen und Kredittrends

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Kreditrisikoanalyse und -verwaltung
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Finanzen, Volkswirtschaft, Ökonometrie, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Flexibler Selbststarter, gut organisiert, starker Sinn für Initiative
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
  • Gute Computerkenntnisse, sicher im Umgang mit Excel und vertraut mit Kreditrisiko-Tools und -Methoden
  • Aufmerksamkeit für Details, Genauigkeit und Qualität
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
