Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Preparation Technician to join our team at OSB AG. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing internal and external production and cleaning processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage production and cleaning processes, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Provide technical and constructive advice to project teams, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Manage and process orders using ERP systems, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Review and verify production documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability of materials.
  • Monitor and control costs and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct technical inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Oversee and improve production processes, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Completed education as a Mechanical Technician or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience in production preparation or planning, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong quality and cost awareness, with high reliability and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and SAP/PDM systems.
  • Experience working in clean rooms, high-reliability cleaning of components, or handling sensitive and valuable products.
  • Excellent communication and responsibility skills.
  • Enjoy working with sensitive components.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
