Project Engineer - Solar Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Delve Search - Global Search Consultants. As a key member of our solar technology team, you will be responsible for driving the conceptual and detailed engineering phases of cutting-edge PV projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Support technical purchasing, ensuring procurement of high-quality materials and systems.
  • Support the management of contracts, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain cost efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Work closely with senior team members to distribute tasks effectively and achieve project goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in automation, requirements engineering, and project management within large production systems.
  • Proficient in German and English, capable of effective communication with clients, suppliers, and team members.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in German (B2) and English (B2) to facilitate communication and documentation.
  • Experience with projects related to the purchasing of special machinery is highly valued.
  • A degree in engineering, technology, or a related field is preferred.
