• Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with company requirements and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy and utilization of the facility.
• Represent the facility internally and externally, building strong relationships with funders, authorities, and agencies.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Lead and motivate staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
• Attract and retain top talent, developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies.
• Optimize quality standards, ensuring the facility meets the highest standards of care and service.

• Relevant degree in Economics, Health Economics, or Nursing Management.
• Qualification for facility management as per HeimPersV with relevant recognition.
• Several years of experience as a facility manager in stationary elderly care facilities.
• Strong business acumen, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
