Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Data Quality Manager to join our team at KION Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a data quality strategy that ensures the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a data quality strategy that aligns with KION Group's business objectives
  • Collaborate with data owners to define data quality metrics and implement data cleansing guidelines
  • Support the preparation of data migration tests and trial loads to ensure data quality
  • Continuously improve and develop enterprise data quality processes and recognize changing business and industry requirements
  • Ensure data quality for assigned data objects within operating units
  • Direct project planning and management to ensure standard methodology and frameworks are followed

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a data quality-oriented role in a technical and commercial context
  • Wide knowledge of data models, industry-leading data quality, and data protection management practices
  • Highly skilled in change management concepts and strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on details and problem-solving competence
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English with senior-level management
