We are seeking a talented Enterprise Search Specialist to oversee and enhance the search capabilities of our systems and applications. As a vital member of our Data Search Architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing search functionalities that cater to the unique requirements of our organization and its users. This position entails working closely with business stakeholders, developing effective search solutions, and ensuring seamless data ingestion from diverse sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop enterprise search solutions that align with organizational needs
  • Engage with stakeholders to convert search requirements into technical specifications
  • Create data ingestion workflows and improve data relevance within the search framework
  • Implement user-friendly search interfaces to enhance user experience
  • Evaluate and optimize search performance and reliability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in search technologies such as Elasticsearch and Solr
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
