Als Business Partner IT bei der genua GmbH unterstützt du unsere Fachbereiche bei der optimalen Nutzung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 und Business Central.

**Deine Aufgaben:**

  • Technische Beratung und Implementierung: Du analysierst die Anforderungen unserer Fachbereiche, implementierst und konfigurierst entsprechende Lösungen und leistest Support bei technischen Fragen und Problemen.
  • Prozessanalyse und -optimierung: Du analysierst und optimierst unsere Geschäftsprozesse.
  • Kommunikation und Koordination: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Solution Architect, der IT-Abteilung und den Fachbereichen zusammen. Du erstellst Anforderungsspezifikationen und technische Dokumentationen. Des Weiteren führst du Schulungen der Anwender und IT-Mitarbeitenden durch.
  • Qualitätssicherung und -kontrolle: Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Systeme den Anforderungen entsprechen, führst Tests und Qualitätskontrollen durch und implementierst Best Practices, um die Systemnutzung kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
