Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist (w/m/d) Maintenance in Barleben to join our team at Apleona. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including floor cleaning, sanitizing, and dusting of surfaces and equipment
• Operate cleaning equipment and machinery, such as floor buffers and vacuum cleaners
• Restock supplies and consumables as needed
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the facility
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
