Our Challenges

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to support our development team in Heidelberg. You will be responsible for the conception and further development of the UI and software architecture. This includes ensuring a modular, scalable structure in collaboration with the team members.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design of intuitive and user-friendly user interfaces that support and optimize complex workflows
  • Coordination within the development team: Collaboration and technical coordination with other developers to ensure high quality standards and effective implementations
  • Development and implementation of UIs with Qt widgets and QML
  • Cross-project communication: Close coordination with colleagues and other teams, especially product owners, to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements
  • Quality assurance and code reviews: Review and optimize code for long-term maintainability and efficiency, including active participation in code reviews and improving team standards
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development and software architecture
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Solid CI/CD experience
  • Experience in technical applications, ideally in metrology and 3D visualization
  • Confident in English and basic knowledge of German
  • Structured way of working and entrepreneurial thinking
