Project Controlling and Contracts Manager (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Als Project Controlling & Contracts Manager sind Sie der/die erste Ansprechpartner:in für alle finanziellen und vertraglichen Themen bei unseren nationalen und internationalen Projekten von der Ausschreibung bis zur Endabwicklung
  • Sie unterstützen aktiv die Projektleitung bei der Sicherstellung der Wirtschaftlichkeit der Projekte und behalten dabei auch immer die Interessen des Unternehmens im Blick
  • Sie nutzen vorhandene Tools zur Auswertung der Projektplanung ( Cost-to-Completion) und steuern aktiv die Projektergebnisse mit
  • Insgesamt verantworten Sie alle kaufmännischen Belange inklusive der Kalkulation und der kaufmännischen Angebotserstellung sowie der Vertragsausarbeitung und -verhandlung
  • Potenzielle Vertragsänderungen ( bei Claims) werden von Ihnen maßgeblich unterstützt und kaufmännisch begleitet
  • Ihre Ideen und Erfahrungen können Sie auch gerne in verschiedenen internen Projekten mit einbringen

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre/ Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Projektcontrolling und / oder Vertragsmanagement (Commercial Project Management)
  • Zielorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Engagement, Belastbarkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office Anwendungen
  • ERP-Anwenderkenntnisse wünschenswert (SAP R3 oder vergleichbar)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
