We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to join our team at Sozialkomplizen. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and fulfill their potential.

• Assist individuals with daily tasks and activities to promote independence and autonomy
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each individual's needs, preferences, and goals
• Collaborate with our team to create personalized support plans that cater to each individual's unique requirements
• Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting a sense of belonging and connection
• Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless support

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a support role, preferably in a disability services setting

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
• Valid driver's license (not required but an asset)
