Job Summary

We are seeking a Service Engineer Trainer to join our team. As a Service Engineer Trainer, you will be responsible for assessing technical staff, identifying development potential, and conducting training for internal staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess technical staff and identify development potential
  • Conduct training for internal staff and customers on site or at the Brooks Training Center
  • Create a quarterly and annual training program
  • Manage training participants via our LMS
  • Contribute to the creation of e-learning content
  • Create technical training materials
  • Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve our training content
  • Active participation in the continuous improvement of machines, processes, and acceptance criteria
  • Weekly status reports to the Global Training Director

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, engineering sciences, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience in practical technical training in relation to mechanical and electrical equipment and software or practically as a customer support engineer or in the production area
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Good command of written and spoken German and English
  • High level of quality awareness and meticulous way of working
