Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Best Western Hotel Würzburg-Süd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

• Manage and coordinate the activities of the front office, housekeeping, and service teams
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor and control hotel expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth and occupancy

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
• Fluency in German and English, with a strong understanding of local market conditions
