Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues at our Germany plant.

2. Coordinate containment actions and review meetings to ensure timely resolution.

3. Interface with commodity SQEs to support swift resolution of quality issues.

4. Support new part launches and resolve supplier-related quality issues, reporting to HQ and EU plants.

5. Monitor and track supplier performance, taking actions for continuous quality improvement.

6. Perform other supplier quality issue-solving and support work as required by business demands.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in a science or engineering field, with at least 5 years of quality-related working experience.

2. Familiarity with automotive supplier audits and IATF/VDA certification as an auditor is preferred.

3. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, such as machining, assembly, injection, and automotive quality tools/methodologies (8D, SPC, MSA, Gauging), is required.

4. Strong teamwork spirit, excellent communication and reporting skills, clear logical thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities.

5. Result-oriented, serious, and responsible, with a strong sense of principle and execution.

6. Fluency in English and German, with Chinese as a plus.
