BSS/OSS Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BSS/OSS Expert - Consultant to join our team at Detecon International. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for guiding our clients through the process of digital transformation, with a focus on telco BSS/OSS.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess business requirements and existing solutions to identify areas for improvement
• Support information gathering, business analysis, and documentation to inform digital transformation strategies
• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies, including the assessment of alternative technologies and the development of new cases for upcoming projects
• Analyze and design digital customer journeys, automation options, and IT requirements as part of a project team

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, economics, or a similar degree program
• Understanding of enterprise architectures and BSS/OSS domains in Telco combined with business processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
• Team player, capable of working from different locations, keeping focus, and task-oriented
