Your Future Role

Are you ready to join us as a Project Leader in Refrigeration Technology and conquer the world of climate and heat technology together? Here's what you can expect:
 

• You will create proposals independently, make planning arrangements for installation, and coordinate the installation team.
• You will support our customers in handling government subsidies.
• You will be the point of contact for customers, energy consultants, architects, and planners, and will oversee the coordination of qualified subcontractors and service providers.
• You will visit construction sites on site and conduct acceptance and handover of the project with the customer.
• Your documentation and acceptance protocols will ensure a smooth project completion.

Your Profile

Do you have the ambition to coordinate projects in this ambitious field and lead your team to success? Specifically, you should bring:
 

• A completed apprenticeship as a master craftsman or technician in the field of refrigeration and climate technology or equivalent qualifications.
• Several years of experience in the field of refrigeration and climate technology.
• Good IT skills (industry software) and a certain affinity for digital process optimization.
• Ideally, experience in leading a team.
• Confident and composed demeanor.
• A valid driving license (class B).
