As a Data Analytics Expert, you'll play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions. You'll take ownership of projects that make our objectives measurable and create actionable insights. Working at the intersection of Data and Business Development, you'll drive initiatives based on the insights you gain. You'll work with the most cutting-edge tool stack available and have the opportunity to establish a data mindset in your team. This role offers a competitive fixed salary of €55000 and is based in Munich with flexibility to work remotely a few times a week. Our modern offices feature frequent events with colleagues. As a Data Analytics Expert, your responsibilities will include moving fast on your own projects, having a critical and immediate impact on our company. You'll create actionable insights by executing robust analyses, delivering actionable insights, and making suggestions to support implementing measures across departments. You'll also critically question and improve existing processes by actively proposing improvements to current processes. Additionally, you'll become a data evangelist, supporting your team to expand their analytical skills and educating them to become independent using and analyzing data with the tools you learn to use. The ideal candidate will be available for a full-time internship lasting 6 months, studying a business or engineering discipline with a focus on IT, and having experience in a high growth startup or another analytical, high-performance environment. They'll also have experience working with SQL and knowledge of other programming languages like Python, R, or Java. Experience with Looker, Tableau, or other BI tools is a plus. The candidate should be proactive, hands-on, and have a natural curiosity about software & data tools. They'll also have meticulous attention to detail and joy in precise working. Highly analytical and comfortable around numbers, the candidate should be fluent in English.
