Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Engineer to join our team at Avantgarde Experts. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the preparation and management of long-term vehicle testing programs, including coordination with various stakeholders, data analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Testing and Validation: Prepare and execute long-term vehicle testing programs, including coordination with Dauerlauf-Koordinatoren, Dauerlauf-Fahrern, and the workshop.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data from vehicle testing, including documentation and tracking of any issues or defects.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including system teams, Dauerlauf-Koordinatoren, Dauerlauf-Fahrern, and the workshop.
  • Vehicle Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular vehicle inspections and maintenance, including repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of long-term vehicle testing programs, including coordination with various stakeholders and teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on vehicle testing and validation.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of vehicle dynamics, safety testing, and data analysis. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with standards systems (ideally in the VW or Porsche environment).
  • Language: Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
