Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Analyst Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for participating in IT audits, assisting in process reviews and certifications, and contributing to the certification of software and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in IT audits across all areas of IT and IT-supported processes following examination standards of the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany e.V. (IDW)
  • Assist in process reviews, modeling, and certifications
  • Contribute to the certification of software and processes
  • Prepare audit reports and certification services
  • Work on Digital Transformations using methodology such as Design Thinking
  • Evaluate internal control systems
  • Assist in selecting suitable software for clients
  • Engage in Information Security projects (ISMS)
  • Promote an open and friendly working environment without office politics
  • Collaborate with all partners on an equal footing
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Interest in IT and data analysis/statistics
  • Team-oriented with attention to detail
