Flight Software Testing Internship

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful intern to join our Guidance, Navigation and Control department. As a Flight Software Testing intern, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and constructing testing platforms to validate Guidance, Navigation and Control software.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop testing platforms to validate software
  • Create software for running tests in a Hardware-In-The-Loop environment
  • Develop tools for continuous integration and release systems
  • Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with developers to deliver a unified testing platform
  • Integrate and troubleshoot Avionics hardware/software
Requirements:
  • Current student in electrical, mechanical, software engineering or related discipline
  • Experience in Python, C++, MATLAB, LabView or similar languages
  • Resourceful problem solver with experience in multiple disciplines
  • Experience with electronic components, wire harnesses, and electrical testing equipment
  • Understanding of network-based communication protocols and debugging tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
