Director Process Engineering Lead

Recipharm is seeking a highly skilled Director Process Engineering Lead to join our team in Zwickau, Germany. As a key member of our Site Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading the development and installation of new equipment for our sites in Monheim and Zwickau.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of process development and installation plans
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of MSAT and PM to ensure alignment with global procedures
  • Lead interdisciplinary projects on both sites, ensuring timely delivery and quality
  • Manage local MSAT teams and provide technical guidance

Requirements:

  • Education in Process, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
  • Proven experience in leading larger teams in a matrix organization
  • Expertise in process modeling and statistical analysis
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
