Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective customer communication (phone, email, ticket) at the 1st level
  • Act as a point of contact and advisor for all IT-related questions, issues, and disruptions
  • Analyze, prioritize, and resolve IT tickets at the 1st level, and escalate incidents to the 2nd level support team
  • Perform fault analysis and troubleshooting in hardware and software

    Requirements

    • Successful completion of a degree or training in the field of computer science
    • Knowledge of ticket systems
    • Experience in one of the following areas: hardware (PC, printer, notebook, smartphone), networks, virtualization, infrastructure, servers, web applications, email programs, etc.
    • Fluent German and good English skills in writing and speaking
