Job Title: Service Staff Member
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Service Staff Member to join our team at MEININGER Hotel Berlin Central Station. As a Service Staff Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and removing the buffet, ensuring constant availability of sufficient quantity and varied selection of appealingly presented food and beverages to the guests
- Preparing simple cold dishes and advising guests on their composition and ingredients
- Welcoming guests to breakfast, informing them about special offers and F&B offerings
- Maintaining the cleanliness of your workstation in line with prescribed guidelines and company standards
- Monitoring the stock, placing orders of food and consumables, and checking deliveries
Requirements:
- Enjoy interacting with guests
- Be a team player and happy to help your colleagues out
- Work efficiently and in a well-structured way
- Ideally, have experience in hospitality or service
- Be fluent in English, any additional language is an advantage
