We are seeking a talented Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our dynamic team at Ayurtea, a pioneering Ayurvedic tea brand recognized by Handelsblatt as one of Germany's most innovative food startups.

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and market growth.
• Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, and online advertising, to increase our online presence.
• Content Creation: Oversee content marketing strategies, ensuring high-quality and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Stakeholder Relations: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers.
• Sales Strategy: Build and implement sales strategies from scratch to drive revenue growth and expand our market reach.

• Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the food, FMCG, or e-commerce sectors.
• Proven Track Record: Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
• Startup Experience: Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
