Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of SAP Procurement and Supply Chain Solutions, der unsere Kunden mit seinen Expertenwissen und Führungsqualitäten unterstützt.

Aufgaben
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Teams Procurement & Supply Chain
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der S/4 Plattform
  • End-to-End Prozessverantwortung für die Prozesse in den Modulen MM, CS, PS, LE inkl. der über Schnittstellen angebundenen Subsysteme
  • Erfolgreiche Leitung und Livesetzung von Kundenprojekten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von Partnerunternehmen
  • Verantwortung für die Serviceprozesse und deren kundenorientierte Weiterentwicklung einschließlich der Einhaltung der vereinbarten Service-Level
  • Durchführung und Leitung von regelmäßigen Service Review Meetings
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs in der Geschäftsanbahnung und im Rahmen von Ausschreibungen / Angeboten
  • Mitverantwortung in der Kundenkommunikation besonders im Rahmen von Eskalationen
Qualifikationen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/-Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in der Informationstechnologie mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft oder IT Projektmanager
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse in S/4HANA oder R/3 in mind. einem der Module MM, CS, PS, LE
  • Verständnis komplexer Prozesse und Abläufe sowie die Fähigkeit zur lösungsorientierten Diskussion mit Kunden und Kollegen
  • Erfahrungen im (agilen) Projektmanagement sowie in der Steuerung von IT-Dienstleistern von Vorteil
  • Hohes Maß an Führungsqualität, sozialer Kompetenz und verantwortungsbewusstem Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden
