Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at EDEKA Lüders. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Assist in managing daily store operations, monitor key business metrics, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
  • Visual Merchandising: Optimize and design store displays, present current product offerings, and develop sales-promoting measures to drive customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, assist in workforce planning, and develop talent to drive business success.
Requirements:
  • Retail Experience: Proven retail background with relevant qualifications and experience in store management or a related field.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and organizational talent to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership Skills: Effective communication, empathetic leadership, and decision-making skills to lead a high-performing team.
  • Additional Qualifications: Preferably certified for over-the-counter medications and familiar with EDEKA's policies and procedures.
