Clinical Support Specialist for Vascular Division

Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join the Vascular Division of a leading medical device company. This role involves providing clinical support and education to doctors, ensuring successful outcomes with vascular devices. As a clinical expert, you will play a crucial role in product roll-outs and identifying new opportunities within accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and related devices.
  • Provide service to both clinical and non-clinical customers.
  • Assist staff in the Cath Lab/Radiology department to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Maintain daily contact with customers.
  • Execute product roll-outs and present new technologies.
  • Identify opportunities within accounts and manage assets.
  • Maximize contract revenues.
  • Conduct technical product training for clinical customers and team members.
  • Share market intelligence and feedback with the division personnel.
  • Evaluate new product ideas and communicate with the Sales Manager and account manager.
  • Distribute and ensure understanding of new or updated product information.
  • Participate in relevant local and international exhibitions, meetings, and lectures.
  • Provide written reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in clinical support.
  • Knowledge of relevant clinical procedures.
  • Ability to interpret clinical data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of English and German.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and networking skills.
  • Excellent numeric skills.
