Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Manager to join our team at Texon Möckmühl GmbH. This is a unique opportunity to drive the marketing strategy for our global footwear brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans, defining the marketing mix that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Analyze brand positioning and market insight to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage product launch and promotion worldwide, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop a content strategy to build a content calendar, working in partnership with brand and communication teams.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, using data to inform future strategies.

This role requires a strong background in B2B marketing, with experience in project management, content creation, and marketing automation technology.

Requirements:
  • At least 5-6 years' experience in B2B marketing
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good content creation skills
  • Experience in marketing/sales automation platforms
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology Knowledge, Generative AI
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
