Digital Asset Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Emerging Technologies & Digital Asset Operations to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our international team, you will drive global project work related to text-to-speech, immersive audio, and generative AI.
Key Responsibilities- Research and outline process automation opportunities using innovative tools and state-of-the-art technologies.
- Foster the qualitative processing of digital assets to ensure timely ingestion and publication of audiobooks, audio dramas, and podcasts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from content and product/tech teams to identify and outline potential use cases within Audible's content organization.
- Perform data-driven experiments and lead user acceptance testing.
- Define quality guardrails and establish documentation frameworks.
We are looking for an energetic, creative, and data-driven solution finder with deep project management and audio engineering knowledge. You should be up-to-date with current immersive audio and generative AI developments, highly organized, and detail-oriented. As a Manager, Emerging Technologies & Digital Asset Operations, you will thrive in a high-energy entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements- Experience in project management, audio engineering, content management, or a related area.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to text-to-speech, immersive audio formats, generative AI, and audio processing.
- Business fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Airtable, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar.
- Knowledge in audio editing tools/DAWs, such as Pro Tools, Logic, or similar.
