Senior Produktmanager für Zahlungsverkehr und Compliance

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Produktmanager, der sich auf Zahlungsverkehr und Compliance spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du die Verantwortung für die Payment- und Compliance-Bereiche unserer kompletten Produktlinie übernehmen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Leitung und Entwicklung der Produktstrategie und Roadmap für die Payment- und Compliance-Bereiche.
  • Identifizierung und Priorisierung von Kundenbedürfnissen und Markttrends in diesen Bereichen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Produkte die neuesten regulatorischen Anforderungen erfüllen.
  • Analyse und Implementierung von Zahlungsprozessen, die Sicherheit, Effizienz und Benutzerfreundlichkeit maximieren.
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Anpassung der Compliance-Strategien, um Änderungen in der Gesetzgebung und Industriestandards Rechnung zu tragen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Sales, um effektive Go-to-Market-Strategien für neue Funktionen und Updates zu entwickeln.
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitsweisen Produktmanagement
Dein Profil
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Payment und Compliance.
  • Umfassendes Verständnis der regulatorischen Landschaft im Bereich Zahlungsverkehr und Compliance.
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu lösen.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams und der effektiven Stakeholder-Kommunikation.
