About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Representative (m/w/d) to join our Inbound Sales Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage customer orders in our ERP system to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to provide customer support and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Handle customer inquiries and respond to open, commercial questions in coordination with the Sales Team and customers
  • Prepare and send invoices for orders in the assigned area
Requirements:
  • Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or completed vocational training in a commercial field, preferably with experience in inbound sales
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (AX) is desirable, as well as good MS Office skills
  • You are self-motivated, engaged, and solution-oriented in your work
  • Excellent German language skills
