Accounting Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at RLE INTERNATIONAL Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including management and department heads.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Completed accounting education, preferably with a degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
