Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Team Leader to join our team at Holcim (Deutschland) GmbH in Salzgitter. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and overseeing the day-to-day activities of our industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our industrial facilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
