Digital Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solution Architect to join our team at European Tech Recruit. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct requirements analysis and capture, and decompose software projects, including customer engagement and workshops.
- Manage compliance with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to project planning and provide input on systems engineering tasks.
- Collaborate with management and engineering teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Prepare and present system proposals to customers and offer technical support for sales and marketing activities.
- Assess design, development, and integration work performed by subcontractors to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in systems engineering and software techniques relevant to our operations.
- Promote and implement quality engineering practices within the department and support systems engineering process improvement initiatives.
- Train, coach, and mentor less-experienced department members to support their professional growth.
- Travel domestically or internationally as needed to fulfill project requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements analysis, preferably using formal requirements management tools.
- Expertise in software architecture, system decomposition, definition, design, control, interface specification, and systems engineering methodologies.
- Proven ability to provide technical expertise in software projects.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, with the capability to apply standards and procedures effectively.
- Proficient in both German and English.
