Your Responsibilities
If you approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, this is your opportunity to contribute:
- Independently manage national and international clients on all taxation-related inquiries from a corporate/employer perspective in both domestic and international contexts.
- Assist and support clients in preparation for and during tax audits.
- Coordinate the clarification of issues and their tax treatment with tax authorities.
- Draft correction letters and assist clients in the context of supplementary declarations.
- Oversee the review and optimization of processes to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Provide conceptual support from a tax perspective regarding employee benefits and compensation optimization.
- To be a (Senior) Manager in Global Mobility Solutions - Taxation (m/f/d) with us, you should possess a background in tax administration (Diplom-Finanzwirt FH) or a well-rounded degree in business or law.
- Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in a tax department of an internationally operating industrial or consulting firm, particularly in taxation, including managing tax audits, with extensive and solid expertise in tax matters, and have successfully completed the tax advisor examination.
- You demonstrate a high degree of initiative and responsibility, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, especially in client interactions, along with flexibility, openness, and thoroughness.
- You possess the capability to present complex issues clearly and appropriately for the audience.
- Proficiency in common MS Office applications (especially Excel) and initial knowledge of IDEA is desirable.
- Fluent English language skills complete your qualifications.
