We are a rapidly growing company seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Global Talent Recruiter for IT professionals. As a recruiter, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers find exciting international job opportunities tailored to their unique skill sets and career aspirations.

Tasks- Search and apply for IT job vacancies on various online platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
- Assist in creating and editing CVs and writing tailored cover letters for clients, ensuring their profiles are presented clearly and effectively.
- Provide regular reports to clients on the progress of their job search.
- Conduct outreach on LinkedIn, sending messages to potential employers on behalf of our clients to facilitate interview invitations.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of the IT landscape, strong research skills to find companies and job openings based on client criteria, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, proficiency in using online job search platforms and professional networking sites like LinkedIn is essential.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluent in English (B2-C1) and Russian (C1).
We offer a flexible work schedule, full-time remote work, and a friendly colleagues environment.
