**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team in the Service South region (Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria) to provide technical support and maintenance services for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Perform service tasks, repairs, and modifications to testing equipment in the Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria region
• Independently prepare and follow up on service tasks
• Perform calibrations, maintenance, and documentation in accordance with the provided schedule and plans
• Assemble and install HORIBA product components
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues during service tasks and coordinate with the technical department for resolution
• Conduct equipment handovers and final discussions with customers
• Provide customer advice on system configuration, improvement opportunities, and modifications
• Hold a completed 3-year technical apprenticeship (preferably in the field of electrical engineering) with a 2-year specialized training or a completed technical degree
• First-hand experience and specialized training
• Good PC and software skills, as well as good English skills in writing and speaking
• Customer-oriented and goal-oriented work style
• High stress tolerance and assertiveness
• Strong service-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
• Willingness to travel within the service area
